CRISIS RESOURCES

If you are in immediate danger, you can call Emergency services - in Australia, by dialing 000.

If you need urgent help but it's not a police or ambulance scenario, contact the best service as listed below...

There is no shame in asking for help: none of us can do this thing called life alone.

Support is one of the greatest things we can access that can begin to set us on a path of healing (see healing self-loathing).

Indeed, all we need is to connect to that innate power that we've forgotten we have inside.

See our resources on mental health & psychology of life, as well as momentums & unwanted sex, unwanted pregnancy & preciousness.

That doesn't mean that you can't reach out for help though.

If you'd rather talk it through with me, feel free to contact me.

I'm here for you until you don't need me anymore!

Then I will cheer you on in life and be your greatest champion.

Do read through the previous section on seeing your doctor though, which explains where I'll need to escalate things if legally required or for your safety (and/or that of those around you) - just so there are no surprises!

I practice in the north of Brisbane, at Woorim on the beautiful Bribie Island, and in regional Woodford.  Those still at school are bulk billed!

You can always tell your school (guidance counsellors) about me and this website and refer them to the FAQs page.

Then we can talk about me coming into schools to talk not just to you, but your friends and wider peer group.

After all, you are ALL totally worth honouring yo'selves!
